Shipping policy

If for any reason you do not receive your order and it is over a week past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to me. I unfortunately have no control over the delivery of your order once it is handed over to the delivery provider and will not refund or replace orders that are lost in transit or misdelivered. My obligation as the seller is fulfilled once your order has shipped. Any deliveries to the wrong mailbox/address or any orders lost in transit are the responsibility of the delivery provider. If your order is marked delivered, check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to their mailbox/address, check to see if other household members brought in the Mail/packages, and reach out to your local post office/delivery provider location for assistance in tracking down where the order was delivered to. I'm really proud of my designs and I want you to get your order, so please reach out to me and we can work through our options and I can assist you with making a claim through the delivery provider.
